FROM OAKLAND AIRPORT
- Start out going North on AIRPORT EXIT towards PASSENGER TERMINAL
- Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto AIRPORT DR
- Turn RIGHT onto HEGENBERGER RD
- Take the I-880 NORTH ramp
- Merge onto I-880 N, head toward Bay Bridge
- Exit on 7th Street Exit (Last Oakland exit on 880)
- Cross 7th Street and continue on the by-pass straight ahead
- Get into the left hand turning lane; turn left on West Grand
- Get into the left hand turning lane; turn left on Maritime
- Get over into the far right turning lane; at stoplight, make a right onto Burma Road
- Follow Burma Road approximately 1/2 mile
- Office is on the left, (tan colored bldg.) through the gate to the left; you will see the tugboats

FROM SAN FRANCISCO AIRPORT
- Start out going West on DEPARTING FLIGHTS ACC towards AIRPORT EXIT
- Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto AIRPORT EXIT
- Take the US-101 NORTH/I-380 WEST ramp towards I-280/SAN FRANCISCO/SAN BRUNO
- Keep LEFT at the fork in the ramp
- Merge onto US-101 N
- Take the I-80 exit towards BAY BRIDGE/OAKLAND
- Cross Bay Bridge to the East Bay
- Stay in far right lane going toward San Jose
- Take the West Grand Avenue Exit
- At light, Right onto Maritime
- At next Stop light, make a right onto Burma Road
- Follow Burma Road approximately 1/2 mile
- Office is on the left, (tan colored bldg.) through the gate to the left; you will see the tugboats

HEADING WEST ON 80 (FROM RICHMOND/BERKELEY)
- 80 West, follow the freeway signs toward Alameda
- Exit 7th Street/West Grand Avenue exit
- At stoplight, make a right onto West Grand Avenue
- Get over into the far left turning lane
- At light, turn left onto Maritime and get over into the far right lane
- At first light, turn right onto Burma Road
- Follow Burma Road approximately 1/2 mile
- Office is on the left, (tan colored bldg.) through the gate to the left; you will see the tugboats

880 NORTH (FROM EAST BAY)
- 880 North toward Bay Bridge

FROM CA 24 HEADING WEST
- Take the I-580 exit towards HAYWARD/SAN FRANCISCO
- Merge on I-580 WEST
- Take the I-80 WEST exit towards SAN FRANCISCO
- (Do NOT cross Bay Bridge. There are two exits on the right-hand side approaching the bridge
- The first exit is the car pool & bus lane - Do NOT take this exit! Take the second exit marked “West Grand Avenue/Maritime Street”)
- Follow the exit up over freeway, South to Maritime Street
- At light, Right onto Maritime
- At next Stop light, make a Right onto Burma Road
- Follow Burma Road approximately 1/2 mile
- Office is on the left, (tan colored bldg.) through the gate; you can see the tugboats

FROM ALAMEDA
- Go through the Webster Tube toward Oakland
- Left onto 8th Street
- Follow 8th Street all the way to the end; cross over the one-way street; 8th now turns into 7th Street
- Follow 7th Street all the way to the Post Office; cross over Wood Street
- At the next light, make a right onto the by-pass on-ramp
- Follow this by-pass to West Grand Avenue; left onto West Grand
- Left onto Maritime Street
- At first Stop light, right onto Burma Road
- Follow Burma Road approximately 1/2 mile
- Office is on the left, (tan colored bldg.) through the gate to the left; you will see the tugboats

- Take West Grand going west, away from downtown
- Stay on West Grand all the way to Maritime
- Get into the left hand turning lane; turn left on Maritime
- Get over into the far right turning lane. At stoplight, make a right onto Burma Road
- Follow Burma Road approximately 1/2 mile
- Office is on the left, (tan colored bldg.) through the gate to the left; you will see the tugboats
