In your browser’s Tools drop-down menu, select:

• Internet Options
• In the Security tab, select Internet, then select the Custom Level button
• Scroll down to the category: ActiveX Controls and Plug-Ins
• Under Allow Scriptlets, select Enable, then OK and OK to exit the dialog box
• You may also have to disable your pop-up blocker in your browser and/or toolbars
